Job Scope:
1.Lead product quality architecture deployment and improvement, including quality document update, define appropriate process control tool and methodology process quality improvement and risk assessment；
2.Lead and coordinate Foundry resource for  non-conformity product handling；
3.Coordinate quality related projects with production and engineering teams to support process/product improvement；
4.Ensure Product quality each Process Stage ,Include delivery to customer；
5.Incoming raw material quality control；
6.Lead customer complaint case investigation and make sure effectiveness of improvement action；
7.Other work arrangements arranged by superiors.

Job requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above degree in Engineering relative major, At least 3 years work experience in QA function or process engineering, Experience in RF device industry would be a plus；
2.Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools；
3.Logical thinking and data oriented, Problem solving and decision skill；
4.Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading；
5.Excellent in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are preferred；
6.Lead admit/DMAIC projects；
7.Good personality and negotiation skill；
8.Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart；
9.Project Management.
