Subordinate：6（QMS/QE/QC/Reliability Engineer）

Job Scope:
1.Quality department management, Define and develop quality team organization including DCC/QE/QC/CQE etc according to company annual strategy；
2.Responsible for operation quality (Fab), customer quality and supplier quality organizations；
3.As QMS owner to define and implement company quality goal to meet customer requirement and improve quality level；
4.Coordinate with sales&operation team to manage customer and the 3rd part audit；
5.Set up good measurement system to manage inside process and supplier quality, responsible for product quality continue improvement；
6.Positively collaborate closely with R&D and process team to ensure new products launch on timemanagement system maintenaSet up total quality management system and ensure the effectiveness of QMS；
7.Other tasks assigned from supervisor.

Job requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, majoring in electronic, mechanical or engineering related；
2.Minimum 12 years working experience of QE/SQE/PE in Semiconductor manufacturing company with 3 years supervisor/manager experience, MEMS/IC foundry is advantage；
3.Rich experience in SPC, FEMA, MSA, Six sigma etc., BB is advantage；
4.Good Knowledge on ISO14000, ISO9001, ROHS, REACH standard；
5.Good English skill in both written and oral；
6.Teamwork player, good communication and coordination skill.
