Our Company
Crystal Resonance Technologies Co., Ltd.(“CRT”), is a well-funded, China Based, Start-up company led by international industry executives with rich experience in semiconductor and hold numbers of patented technologies, product process and know-how.
In 2019, CRT established its own fab with design, advanced process and testing center. This fab covers an area of 1600 square meters, with a 400-square-meter class 100 clean room and first-class R&D and production equipment. The fab capacity can reach 1,500 6 inch wafers per month.
The company aims to challenge global Chip providers in premium RF filters for the next generation of Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) RF devices that provide the sharp out-of-band rejection and low insertion loss that 5G automobiles, base stations, and IoT makers’ desire. CRT’s filters use unique, proprietary, and IP protected advanced single crystal piezoelectric and electrodes films integrated into a small form factor, novel and innovative wafer-level package (WLP). CRT Filters offer outstanding low RF signal losses, industry’s widest bandwidth and best-in-class RF power performance.
Founder
Mr. Hurvits Dror, Israeli, graduated from Israel Institute of Technology. He has more than 30 years working experience in semiconductor industry, including semiconductor high level carrier board, packaging, and enterprise operation. Mr. Hurvits use to work in Isael and Silicon Valley.
In 2006, he founded Zhuhai ACCESS Technology Co., Ltd. (“ACCESS”). The customers of ACCESS include Apple, Broadcom, Qorvo, Macon and tier-1 PA manufacturers in China. The success of the industrialization of its own coreless packaging technology has broken the monopoly of foreign high-end IC packaging substrate manufacturers in the global market and is a breakthrough in China's IC industry in the field of packaging substrate from "Made in China" to "Created in China". During his career in ACCESS, he invented more than 100 Chinese and international patents related to packaging substrate technology, such as Via Post and Panels Level Embedded Die.
In 2017, Mr. Hurvits founded CRT, specializing in the 5G medium and high-end RF filter market. CRT has applied more than 30 patents including its key technologies such as RF single crystal FBAR filter material, process, structure, WLP and design. Its unique single crystal FBAR technology is an industry first.
